Management of Mr.Clean (Mr Clean Sdn Bhd 625141-A)
The terms and conditions set out below shall be read as the essential part of the order for Mr. Clean laundry and cleaning services which shall form the contract between the parties respect of the said services.
1. All orders for Mr. Clean laundry and cleaning services shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. We however reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Full payment must be made in advance upon order. All articles submitted to us must be claimed by presenting the order form within 30 days from the date of the order form. We shall not be responsible for any article not claimed within the said 30 days and shall have absolute right to deal with any unclaimed article in such manner as we think fit.
2. We shall not be responsible for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, zip, sequins, ornaments, etc. or any valuables claimed to be attached to or left on any articles submitted to us.
3. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual article. Nevertheless, we shall not assume responsibility for any colors loss, shrinkage, or against damage to weak tender fabrics, etc.
4. Claim / Damage Policy :
All claims on the lost or damaged articles must be notified to us at the time of collection in such claim form as may be prescribed by us from time to time. Mr. Clean’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles caused by us shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that article, regardless of brand or condition.
5. Cleaning Authorisation :
For any article cleaned with the customer’s specific authorisation or permission, the articles will be processed at the entire risk of the customer and we shall not be held responsible for any damage developed thereon.
6. Re-cleaning :
Customers may return any cleaned article for re-cleaning provided that such article and a re-cleaning form as may be prescribed by us from time to time shall be completed and submitted to us at the time of collection.
7. We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions and any prices for the laundry and cleaning services without notification to customers.
